Not all classrooms have 4 walls!
At Victoria School we are proud to have 5 outdoor teachers who ensure our classrooms go beyond our 4 walls.
-At Victoria School we give children the opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands on learning experiences in a woodland or natural environment.
-At Victoria School we promote the holistic development of all those involved, fostering resilient, confident, independent and creative learners.
-Our qualified Outdoor Teachers allow the learners to take supported risks appropriate to the environment and to themselves.
-The Outdoor Teachers offer the children opportunities to engage in strategic and team building games, make dens and shelters, use their creative skills with natural materials, learn about and make fire, outdoor cooking and caring for the garden areas at our schools.
